How do I report a Spam email?

When you receive a Spam message you have a choice to either just delete it and move on, or report it to our mail server to improve its anti-Spam performance.

1. If you want to report Spam to the ASSP system, simply forward the email in question as an attachment to assp-spam@yourdonaun.tld. Replace "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.

2. Send your email.

Important Note: In order to use the Spam feature you must be using our outgoing mail server to send email. If you use your ISP's smtp server, your Spam submission will not be accepted. When the whitelist is reloaded on our mail server(s), the whitelisted email will bypass every email filter. Please review the help files in the SPAM/ASSP section in cPanel.
